Each of the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages described below, include a number of shared benefits:

• Copies of original Certificates, when required
• Copies of Census returns, when available

• Information on the origin of surnames

Blake Court offers several types of research and payment options to help you find the best one for you.

Whichever option you choose, 50% is payable in advance with the balance due upon completion, prior to dispatch. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer.

Bronze Package:

We carry out research beginning with a single surname and endeavour to trace your ancestors in most cases back to the early 1800s. Assuming we begin with information on a grandparent born around the turn of the 19^th – 20^th century, this could provide you with information on a further two generations involving up to three pairs or couples (great and great-great-grandparents).

For this service our fee is £350.00 or €uro equivalent and you could expect it to be complete within 2-3 months.

Silver Package:

For two names, say one pair of grandparents and assuming them being born around the turn of the 19^th – 20^th century, then this could provide you with information on a further two generations of up to six pairs or couples of great and great-great-grandparents.

For this service our fee is £600.00 or €uro equivalent and you could expect it to be complete within 3-4 months.

Gold Package:

This option endeavours to provide you with information potentially back to your great-great-great-grandparents. Assuming the same starting point as above, this could provide you with information on a further three generations of up to fourteen pairs or couples of great, great-great and great-great-great-grandparents.

For this service our fee is £1450.00 or €uro equivalent and you could expect it to be complete within 6 months.

For as little as an additional £495, the Gold package information can be used and added to with relevant social history information, in the form a hard-back book. See the page on "Coffee Table Book".

Research Package:

For carrying out research only, our charging rate is £25.00 per hour or €uro equivalent. The subject of such research and the maximum amount will be by mutual agreement.

Although records en-route to and in the ‘New World’ are often possible to follow, it must be noted that emigration and illegitimacy can often lead to a dead-end. However we will endeavour to provide research information, whether the result is positive or negative.
