Payment

You can choose to pay us either by direct bank transfer or by card. 50% of any agreed fee is payable in advance and the balance is due on completion prior to despatch.

Confidentiality

Before we can begin our research you will be required to give us both personal information as well as information on your relatives. We will treat this information with the strictest confidentiality and will not share it with any third party, including any members of your family, without your prior permission.

Our aim is to provide you with a quality service, with which we hope, you will be delighted. We will keep you informed at regular intervals of our progress, even when we may be experiencing difficulty in progressing any particular line. The accuracy of research sources cannot be guaranteed; therefore we will inform you where we come upon potential irregularities, ambiguities or possible conflicts in source information.
